Crispy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2013
Made this for the whole family, including 2 boys ages 6 and 5. They loved it! I made the sauce pretty much as stated with maybe a little more of the OJ concentrate because I knew they would love it. I didn't worry too much about frying it perfectly so I used less oil and just tossed the beef with flour before sauteeing it. Topped it all off with toasted sesame seeds and a whole bunch of broccoli....perfect!

Italian Turkey Cutlets

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2012
This was excellent!! I made only very slight changes. I used crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning, plus a little extra basil. And I added sauteed mushrooms to the sauce. My husband and kids scarfed it down. I will definitely keep this in the rotation! Would be equally good with chicken.

Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
We loved this! Followed another review and sauteed apples & (dried) onions in butter; then sauteed pork chops, then put into slow cooker with spices/sugar. Covered with applesauce and a little water, cooked on high for a couple of hours then turned to low for maybe an hour or two. Perfect blend of flavors! Served with brown rice.

Heavenly Chipped Chocolate and Hazelnut Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2003
This is a fantastic cheesecake...very elegant and rich. I used crushed Oreos instead of chocolate chips and vanilla wafer crumbs on the crust, and the toasted hazelnuts added a perfect touch! I also chopped up some Ferrero Rocher candies and mixed them into the batter before baking. Rave Reviews!!!

Asian Coleslaw

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2003
Great recipe! It was exactly what I was looking for. I used pre-shredded coleslaw and added purple cabbage done in the food processor. I also used the food processor to mince the ginger and blend the dressing. It was easy and fabulous!
