Turned out perfectly and are delicious! I didn't fancy any of the variations at the bottom of the recipe so I added 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips and diced up a pint of fresh raspberries! I put the raspberries in the freezer for an hour before adding them to the mix. The dough was a little sticky so I added a little more flour. Amazing!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a family favourite! My husband prefers soft cookies and I have tried several recipes to achieve the perfect soft cookie that's not only soft fresh out of the oven but days after baking. I've read a lot of the reviews that suggest adding salt but would only suggest to add salt if you're using unsalted butter. If you have a convectional oven, I suggest taking the cookies out at 10 minutes.
