Blue Cheese Beef Tenderloin
I used Beef Medallions that I grilled in place of the tenderloin. I also used Gorgonzola in place of the Blue Cheese (because that is what I had on hand) and the entree was delicious! Our guests asked for the recipe. The SAUCE is a KEEPER!

Joel's Guinness Steak
Disappointed with this recipe. The prominent taste was the w. sauce and the red wine. Overall the taste combination was very different - it was not awful, but we did not care for it.

Asiago Toasted Cheese Puffs
