Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

I absolutely love this soup! I substitue turkey bacon for regular and use kale instead of spinach and just dump in water instead of chicken broth. SO SO SO SO SO good!!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

awesome cheese sauce. i've always loved au gratin potatoes and this recipe is definitelly up there on my list to reuse. added cubed chicken before baking in the oven. my husband loved it but i think i will add broccoli next time to make it a complete meal. well done!
