Shrimp Avocado Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
I just made it and it is really good. I didn't use the red pepper, so it was a little bland. I added garlic salt and pepper instead, just a couple of dashes of each.

Ranch Crispy Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2003
I did a slight adjustment. I wrapped each breast piece separately in some foil sprayed with pam. Also rather than plain bread crumbs I used italian styled ones. The chicken came out juicy and great!!

Cinnamon Pork Loin and Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2003
This is truly YUMMY!!! I used russet potatoes instead of the red. I would add more of the white potato to balance out the sweet potato, and more apple, just not enough apple.

Bahama-Mama Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2003
This recipe is definitely a keeper!! The only thing I would do the next time is make more sauce, there wasn't enough for all the pork chops. The taste is supberb! Would recommend to all!

Velveeta® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: May 30, 2003
This recipe is so easy!! I liked the taste, and I am not a fan of velveeta. I added sliced mushrooms, and topped it off with sour cream.

American Chop Suey II

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2003
This recipe is so super simple and great as a last minute dinner meal! I added mushrooms and garlic. Hubby loved it! I used different kinds of pasta, liked it best with rotini. Will definitely make over and add other recommended items.

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2002
I think this recipe is real easy to make. Great if you need something quick. I added salsa to add some spice. Pretty bland otherwise. Great with instant rice.

Italian Country Style Ribs

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2002
These ribs are the greatest. They melted in my mouth. My husband loved them!! I added fresh sliced green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The sauce was just right, not too thick.

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2002
I have made these a couple of times, once with crackers and once with bread crumbs and both times they turned out delicious!! I used some of the other additions that the other reviewers used, like garlic salt in the breadcrumbs or worcestershire in the eggs. Either way i definitely recommend this recipe! I used the bonless sirloin chops.

Alice Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2002
It was superb!!! I made an addition to the recipe, I sauted some onions and minced garlic, and put it with the mushrooms. I used canned mushrooms since I didn't have any fresh ones. I used the honey mustard recipe in this site, it really added to the flavor. I didn't use as much worcestershire sauce. Will definitely use this recipe in the future!

Suberb!! An excellent alternative to ordinary deviled eggs! They disappeared at the picnic! I can't think of a better way to make eggs!

Apple Enchilada Dessert

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2002
WOW!!!! I couldn't believe how great these tasted!! I have made them for several BBQs and they always disappear!! I normally let them cool for a few minutes and then I put the whipped cream on them while they are still a little warm so the whipped cream melts. This recipe is a definite keeper! All of my friends think I am a gormet chef now!!

Beef Fajitas

My husband and I loved these! I love spicy foods but my husband doesn't. This fajita recipe was the perfect compromise. I was able to make them non spicy for my husband and just added a little more spice for me.They were a real simple last minute idea for dinner!!!

Summer Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2002
My husband and I loved it! I used 16oz of Mozzarella cheese instead of the 8oz suggested. I would recommend mixing it in with the other ingredients rather than putting it on top so that you have the cheesiness throughout the whole dish. I also premixed the other ingredients before putting them in the casserole, it made it easier than trying to mix them in the baking dish.

Chicken Catch a Cola

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2002
My husband and I loved this recipe! He said it was the best chicken he had ever had. I thought it was really simple to make since I am not the best cook. The only thing I would suggest is to double the sauce portion of the recipe, you will want to have extra of this great stuff!!

I think this is the easiest lasagna recipe. It might be too good, if that is possible. I would make it all of the time if I could!
