Excellent recipe, easy to make. Not an expert, but I've made a lot of bread over the years, so not a newbie, either. I used bread flour and followed the recipe exactly except for the sugar. I reduced it to 1/3 c. as recommended by several reviewers. Bread rose beautifully, has a lighter texture than most breads I have made. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have as strong a flavor as most breads I've made. Possibly the trade off is due to how light a texture it is? because of the reduced sugar? not sure. Anyway, a very worthwhile recipe.
