Inger's Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2012
My family really liked this spaghetti sauce, definitely will make again. Followed the recipe, but instead of using 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, I used one and crushed tomatoes from our garden. Only item I didn't have on hand was the poultry seasoning, seemed fine without it. I also used 1 tsp white sugar and a little more than a Tblsp. brown sugar and simmered for hours. Delicious!

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie III

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2011
This pie is absolutely delicious. I elected to go with the crumb topping. Only thing I changed is I cut back on the sugar, using only 1 cup in the pie and a heaping 1/2 cup in the crumb topping. I also did not put the crumbing topping on right away, baked it on 400 for 10 min, then added the crumb topping. Turned out excellent! Would highly recommend.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
This was not only simple but absolutely delicious. Pretty much made as is, only exception wrapped each chicken breast in two strips of bacon and baked at 375 for 35 minutes, turn chicken, baked another 10 minutes and then topped with the shredded mozzarella cheese and baked a little more. My daughter said it was AWESOME!

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
This soup was a hit with my family, no leftovers is usually a good sign. Only change I made was I used three baked potatoes vs. two. Will definitely be making this again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Made this beef stew for my family. Started the stew in the AM and served for dinner. Love how slow cooker meals make your home sell so good. My family loved it! The beef was so tender it fell off the fork. Will definitely make this again.
