Juicy Roasted Chicken

This recipe is the bomb! So easy to make. The only thing I wasn't clear about was do you cook it breast side down. I think I over cooked it a little, but it still came out juicy! Hands down this is the way to cook a whole chicken if you want it juicy and not dry!

Bangin' Smokey Beef Brisket

Cooked brisket for July 4th exactly according to the recipe. Although, the brisket came out very tender, there was no flavor at all. I was so disappointed. Cooked 10.65 brisket at 275 for 7.5 hours. Sure was glad I checked the temp of the meat because it was done way before according to cook time of at least an hour to 1lb of brisket. I gave it 2 stars just for being tender!

Thai Peanut Noodle Stir-Fry

Loved it! I omitted the sake, cause I didn't have any. Used pkg. stir-fry vegetables and added shrimp. I might use a little less peanut butter next time though.This will definitely be an staple at my table!

Foolproof Rib Roast

I tried this recipe last week. I can't even tell you how wonderful it was.......I can only try.....mouthwatering. Although I did have to change up the cooking time. I had a 4 pd. roast and wanted to eat earlier. I put it in the oven at 400 for the first hour and then turned it down to 350 for the next hour and fifteen minutes. Cooked it till it reached 150 internal degrees. We like ours more on the medium+ side. It was so tender and moist. I will try it exactly like the recipe the next time. My husband said it was the best he had ever had!
