Ground Beef Curly Noodle

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
Really easy recipe to whip up with stuff you most likely already have on hand. And if you don't... I only had a BIG can of diced tomatoes (28oz) so I used 2 packages of ramen noodles. Also didn't have canned corn at the time, so used a 8oz pack of frozen corn. came together really quick, I added about 1/2 cup water so it would still have a little liquid. My kids ate it! No complaints! we've renamed it Mexi-nese!

Cola Cake

Reviewed: May 14, 2011
This was a very, very easy and yummy treat to make and share with friends. It was very moist, and I used chocolate fudge cake mix instead of regular chocolate cake mix to add more of a chocolate lovers taste. This recipe works well in a square dish, or a bundt pan. I will definitely make this again.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
Our family loves this stuff; my kids now call it 'Wow Soup' and ask for it all the time. But, given the fat & calories, I don't make it too often. It is good, easy, and better than any loaded baked potato soup I've ever tried at a restaurant. I double the bacon, onion and potatoes. I even add 3 cups of water and the flavor is still delish! I leave my cooked bacon to drain on paper towels, then I throw it back in with the liquids for maximum bacon-y goodness! If I have it on hand, I serve with a dollop of sour cream. Yumm-o!

Quick Yeast Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
Super Easy! I was a bit intimidated about using yeast, but this was simple. I don't think the dough quite doubled before I put it in the pan, but the buns puffed up and baked beautifully, just the same! I followed another review, saying don't mess with ingredients and I didn't. Perfect just the way it is!

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2012
Super easy! I had more like 2 1/2 cups of cranberries that I had to use, so I added a bit more flour and a bit of milk to bind it all together. After it cooled I drizzled just a little icing over the whole thing, looked really nice. The kids loved it, will definitely be making again!
