Stir-Fry Chicken and Vegetables
It was good. Nice and easy, but next time, I think I would finish it off with some black bean sauce.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
This was awesome!! A couple of changes I made though. We used left over roasted chicken from the night before, so I removed from bone, chopped into bite sized pieces and tossed it in the cajun seasoning. I also chopped up a quarter of an onion and sauted in butter first and then added the coated chicken. Added the other seasonings and then the cream. I left the fresh veggies for last as we don't like our peppers over cooked. Once everything was combined, I added the chopped green onion to use to as a garnish as those are better less cooked as well. We will for sure be having this again!!
