Persimmon Bread II

I've never had persimmons but I omitted the water, doubled the persimmon pulp, used half white sugar and half brown sugar, also added crainsins because i had some and it tastes great! Great use of my bountiful basket fruit!

Beer Cheese Soup III

I made this for card night a couple weeks ago. I'm making it again tomorrow it was SO yummy. I used milk instead of water and beer. And no broccoli, fresh cauliflower. Kids ate it over rice, moms ate it as soup!

Carrot Cake

YUM! First time I've ever made carrort cake. Made is for hubby's birthday. Followed directions just added dash of nutmeg! Used Cream Cheese II frosting recipe. Can't wait for him to try it!

Chocolate Mint Sandwich Cookies

This is my new FAVORITE cookie recipe. It takes a little time to make and my cookies ended up like triple the size they were suppose to but it made them soft. I made them for the first time last week and am making more tomorrow.
