Please add more seasoning - needs garlic, parsley, a bit of salt & skip the boring bread crumbs...and if you want a fluffy mid-section, add more eggs - up to 4 or 5 (an Italian told me this & it's lovely) and Parmesan cheese to the egg/ricotta/cottage cheese combo - at least a half a cup of "real" parm..also - YOU CAN USE ANY lasagna noodles - as long as you put a first layer of the sauce on the bottom of the dish...you don't need to pay more for the "instant noodles"...or waste time cooking the noodles! Just some quick tips to make this tastier, less expensive & simpler...
