Famous Butter Chicken
this was ok,but nothing special. I doubt i will make this again :(

Ranch Crispy Chicken
I did as other suggested and doubled the bread crumbs and only 1 pack of ranch. a light egg wash helped the coating stay on. we thought this was pretty good!! chicken was moist! willl make again
