Finally I hit a home-run (coleslaw my husband would eat). I made coleslaw many different ways over the last 8 years, and my husband would take one bite and say it wasn't right. He just had a second helping and said "this taste good I'm having more".

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

It's good as it is easy to make this side dish. Added a little sugar (cause I like it sweet) topped with cheese and jalapenos. I've made it 4 times already.

Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

I make double the recipe, minus mushrooms, add 1/2 chopped green bell pepper, 1/4 cup dry minced onions, 8 eggs, regular mayo not sweet. Season with salt, and Tony Chachere's. WOW it is good. Cook 45 mins.

Creamy Dill Dipping Sauce

There was a store which is now closed, it made dill dip just like this! I am glad to have a recipe that takes only 2 mins to put together. The hour of refrigeration is to help the flavor come out, but the consistancy is perfect immediately. Easy and Yummy.
