This recipe is perfect. The only thing I changed was added half a can of broth, and half a bottle of BBQ sauce in the Crock Pot so it would cook with the BBQ sauce flavor. The Pork was ready after 6 hours. (I used a nice pork roast) I moved it to a baking pan and shredded all of it, then added the rest of the BBQ sauce, stirred it all up and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. NOTE: Whenever I use bottled BBQ sauce, I always add to it, as it never seems tasty enough for me. I pour it into a bowl, then add a little of each until I'm happy with the results: cayenne pepper, hot sauce (Tapatio, Chalula, or Tabasco) garlic salt, crushed peppers (like the kind you get with pizza) Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper and whatever else you like to taste in your BBQ sauce. You also could add some beer, Whiskey, Bourbon, etc....
