Unbelievably Easy and Delicious Vegetarian Chili

you're right, i didn't believe how good it would be! followed the previous reviewer's suggestion of making the taco and ranch seasoning from recipes on the site (cutting out most of the salt). this really saved me cos i'm hard up for groceries for a few days, and i had the stuff on hand (used yves mexican ground round instead of burgers). this is a keeper. thanks!

i really like the texture the cauliflower gives this sauce. i added more herbs to suit my tastes because as written it wouldn't have been flavourful enough for me.

very good ... i look forward to making them again and trying out all the different options. i put in about a cup and a half's worth of cranberries, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds because that was what i had on hand; next time i will definitely add more as specified. yum.

Sundried Tomato Tapenade

Omg. I put this on top of portobello mushrooms and baked them. Absolutely amazing! Spread the leftover bit on crackers and was equally delicious. Made it exactly as written, and will make it again and again. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Cucumber-Tomato Sauce

My mother and I loved this; my father pushed it away after a couple of mouthfuls, finding it too sweet. It was very sweet, and I will cut the sugar in half next time, but will definitely make it again; I loved the combination of the veggies.

Sesame Udon Noodles

i also found that the recipe needed twice the amount of udon noodles to go with the amount of dressing. i used cayenne pepper for the hot element, and added julienned carrots. definitely let it chill for a couple of hours to let the flavours meld. end result: delicious!

Zucchini Hummus

i love the smooth, almost creamy texture the zucchini gives the hummus! i used about 1/3 of a giant zucchini, having used the rest for the zucchini blueberry muffins on this site. i added more garlic per other reviews, and the only other addition was a generous splash of balsamic vinaigrette -- unusual perhaps, but i always add it to whatever type of hummus i make for an extra kick. yum!
