Moist, Tender Spice Cake
This was a GREAT recipe! After reading the ingredients (especially noting the amount of cornstarch) and a few of the reviews complaining that this was a dry cake I added an extra 1/4 - 1/3C of milk. I made cupcakes, I baked them for 21 minutes and they were SO GOOD! I filled them with caramel and topped them with cream cheese frosting and a little bit of brown sugar. everyone went nuts for these - i will definitely make them again.

Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad
personally i don't like blue cheese or wing sauce. HOWEVER, this salad gets RAVED about everywhere i take it! One change i have made though, I cook my own chicken, i just do 5 -6 chicken tenderloins and cook them in garlic salt and ground pepper then chop it up, let it cool and mix it in. Thanks for the recipe!

Happy Birthday Cake
This is an AMAZING cake; however, i feel that it takes a lot of effort and i can never quite get it to turn out of the pan right (but maybe that's my problem). I have made this cake oh... 10 times and every single time i make it people just rave about it. I always have to cook it for 10 -15 minutes longer but i live at 8500 ft and it could just be the altitude. Long story short, kind of a hassle but definitely worth the effort.
