So simple and delicious! I boiled the cucumber halves (because, admittedly, I read the directions wrong), took them out with tongs and put them on a plate. I seasoned with salt, pepper, dill, a tiny dash of paprika and PARMESAN! then I pour BLASAMIC VINEGAR over the zukes (rather than using fatty oil or butter). Quick and filling.
