this is so delicious! it fills our entire apartment with an amazing smell. I use boneless skinless chicken breasts, sometimes cutting them up and putting them into a salad (salad includes: greens, tomatoes, mandarin orange slices [from a can/jar], feta cheese, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and sesame ginger dressing..sooo yummy!). I also recommend brining the chicken first for extra moistness/flavor. I put my chicken in a large ziplock bag and just pour some kosher salt and sugar in it, shake it up, and let it refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours. I also recommend buying a block of parmesan and fresh grating it yourself, it's so much better than the pre-grated kind.
