Emergency Garlic Bread

Reviewed: May 19, 2012
very good for what it is - garlic bread in a pinch. no its not going to be the best you ever had, but if you need it quick & easy here you go. i made it w ciabatta bread i had on hand and it worked great. i bet a nice addition would be some parmesan. thanks

House Fried Rice

4 stars on taste, 5 stars on flexibility. You can freely substitute for what you have on hand - in my case i added green onions and corn. Personal preference i would omit green peppers cut down the amount of celery and then add a little more soy sauce. Overall a very good recipe that requires little effort.

Weeknight Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2012
the ingredients looked a little odd to me and that's what caught my attention. made the sauce and then put it in the skillet towards the end and it turned into a glaze. excellent taste. both my wife & i enjoyed it. thanks cheryl!

i made it with brown sugar on accident because i misread the instructions but it turned out great. both my wife and i really enjoyed it with bananas on top. someone said a shot of dark rum was good and i'll be trying that next time. thanks bonnie!

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2012
prepared exactly as written and they turned out pretty decent. the difference from 4 stars to 5 would be the salt amount. 1 tbsp = too much since pork is already salty. i would cut that in half. other than that it had a really good flavor.
