Simple White Cake
Made it "as is" and it wasn't as moist as I would like. I added 1/8 cup of extra milk and it was much better. Make sure you really beat the eggs-if not-it doesn't come out well.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce
I made it "as is" and the dijon gave the sauce an odd flavor that no one liked. I made it again with 4 eggs and 2 T lemon juice-much better. I will use this again with the slight adjustments.
