Spicy Shrimp with Bang Bang Sauce

Really good! I used about half of the oil called for, and used light mayonnaise to cut down on fat. We also used only part of the dressing; you don't need that much to get the full flavor. Instead of cooking in a bag I sauteed the shrimp in a hot skillet which worked perfectly, but next time I think I will pour off some of the marinade first. I served it over dinner-sized salads made from romaine and lots of salad vegetables. We used the potato chips but felt they really didn't add much crunch or flavor so next time we will save the calories and skip them. Flavorful and unusual. Will definitely make again!

Szechwan Shrimp

Really didn't work for us. I am not a picky person, but I couldn't finish my serving. I followed the recipe as written, but I think the ketchup overpowers everything, and I can't think of a substitution that would make it better.
