Viennese Crescent Holiday Cookies
I made this on Christmas Eve for my family. Everything was great! My sister and mother have eccentric tastes and their eyes rolled back into their heads with this cookie!!! It was real tasty. The taste of the hazelnuts where perfect and the almond flavor was a nice addition. Except that it was a little much, maybe a little overwhelming. The original extract measurements where doable but for my tastes, I'd cut back a bit. Other than that I'd definitely make them again and probably for my church family :D

White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams
The whole recipe was wonderful except it was a little dry. After being out of the oven for a time, it seems to settle and get stiff. The flavors were great and scrumptious. My mother loves cranberries and food with texture so this was perfect for her. I'd adjust to your tastes.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints
This exceeding my expectations of a buttery cookie. Not too sweet, which is perfect for me and just enough tartness in the raspberry, which works well for my husband (he loves raspberry). Next time I'd probably hold back on how much I used of the extract just because it could be overpowering but not excessive. That was my fault though. I didn't have the right measuring spoons. Otherwise, they taste just like they look - mouthwatering!
