Slow Cooker Wieners in Wiener BBQ Sauce

My aunt always makes this dish for Christmas get-togethers with the family, and we can't get enough of it! I usually only do the grape jelly and the mustard, and I use those tiny weiners (lil' smokies) instead of the larger hot dogs, and it turns out great! This is an easy and tasty appetizer to bring along to any party. Just make sure to supply enough toothpicks for everyone to grab the small weenies with!

Stuffed Brie

Man OH Man, is this a GREAT recipe!!! It is incredibly easy to make, and a huge hit with my loved ones. I will be serving it again this weekend for a wine tasting at my house. I absolutely recommend this recipe to you! You will not have leftovers. I recommend using a red onion instead of a regular white onion, as this really adds to the flavor as it caramelizes. Love it!!!

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Salad

This recipe is spectacular! SO easy and I really got so many requests to make it again for our Christmas dinner. I also added about 2 Tbsps of balsalmic vinegar before sprinkling the cheese on top! LOVED IT!

Chicken With Portobello Mushrooms and Artichokes

This was an Awesome meal! Thank you for putting it on here! I made this using all beef stock (1 cup) rather than using the brandy, and I used tenderized pork chops rather than chicken. The flavors really mesh well together! The tarragon is a nice complement to the artichokes...bravo! I recommend this recipe to anyone wanting something different that is very easy to make. I paired it with caramelized onions and red/orange bell peppers, and spinach almond brown rice, and the sauce went marvelously with the hole meal. I will definitely make this again.

Cajun Pecan Catfish

This recipe definitely is worth trying! It has so much flavor to add to the fish, and it is baked right into it. I cooked this with mashed sweet potatoes on the side, and some parmesan baked squash and zucchini...this makes for a colorful and tasteful meal!!! You have GOT to try it.

Pork, Cashew, and Green Bean Stir-Fry

This recipe was very yummy! I used a 14.5 oz can of green beans rather than fresh ones, which made the cooking a little faster and easier....and it still tasted wonderful! Very good recipe and I am glad that it is a healthy one. I served it over rice vermicelli rather than rice. A++!

Honey Ginger Grilled Salmon

I found this recipe a while back, and since I love salmon I decided to try it. I LOVE this recipe, the basting really seals in those flavors while you are grilling. For those of you who don't want to grill, you can bake it instead...I put aluminum foil down on a baking pan (9x13) and bake the salmon covered for 20 minutes, and then uncovered for 20-25 more minutes at 375-400, depending on your oven. Baste it frequently, like the original recipe implies. BEST recipe ever for salmon!
