Dill and Butter Squash
A wonderful way to let the vegetable taste shine through without all that cheesy goop you usually find on squash! I made this with 3 16-ounce bags of frozen yellow squash. I got many compliments. Everyone thought it was fresh squash. Will make this again and again.

Amaretto Cake
This easy to make cake was flavorful! It's even better the second day when it absorbs all the amaretto flavor.

Party Pinwheels
Excellent! Only problem I had was trying to spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas -- they kept tearing. Everyone who tried this said it was definitely a do-again.
