Savory Turkey Gravy
This is the first year I have had lots of turkey drippings, mostly from cooking it breast side down. So I decided to use this recipe. No longer how long we stirred it and boiled it, it never thickened. I added a bit more flour than the recipe stated and used a bit less of the spices. I didn't want to add more flour because I didn't want it to have that floury taste. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cornstarch. The flavor was very good and I will make it again with some changes so it thickens properly.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes
I have made this recipe so many times. My sons and I absolutely love them. The only change I make is to not add the onion powder. So easy to make them the day before our Sunday family dinner or Thanksgiving and Christmas. I actually heat them up in the microwave. My oldest son called me for the recipe and I told him to go to type in the name and just omit the onion. I think he has now become hooked on All recipes. LOVE THESE POTATOES!!!!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
My sons do not like me to change my meatloaf recipe. This was a big hit. My youngest (24) ate half the meatloaf!!! I did as others suggested and put the brown sugar & ketchup on top of the meatloaf. I put on half and then near the end of cooking I put on the rest. As another reviewer stated, I do not like cooking meatloaf in a pan as it does sit in the grease. I form the meatloaf and then cook it in my NuWave oven. Absolutely delicious! Thanks so much for sharing.
