Southern Peach Cobbler
This is the second time that I have made this peach cobbler, and I am just hoping that there is enough of it left over for me to really enjoy it. My family only left me a small corner the first time I made it, so I am giving it 5 stars because I have some really picky eaters in my household. My hubby said that it was just as good if not better than his mother's peach cobbler, so that in and of itself is worth giving this recipe a try. I did add about 1/4 of a teaspoon and a dash of nutmeg to my recipe. I also used 1/2 cup of regular granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup of Splenda.

No Roll Sugar Cookies
This recipe produces one great tasting cookie, however it does remind me more of shortbread. The cookies are light, and are perfect for frosting. The batch that I just baked and frosted are sitting on Red, White, and Blue plates just waiting to be eaten during the 4th of July fireworks. I can hardly wait to dig in.

Tiny Chicken Turnovers
Oh my gosh, these are the best. When the only thing that the man in your life can say is umm, you know that you've scored. These turnovers are the best things ever for those football Sundays, and I have made them a little larger to pack for lunches. I have stopped buying those expensive hotpockets thanks to this recipe. I have found that you can also add a little cheese and spinich to the filling, and they come out terrific.
