Morning Glory Muffins I

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2011
These were great! I used 1 cup white flour and 1 cup wheat flour and added an extra egg white. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and they were so good! They were moist and very addicting! I will definitely be making these again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
This was really easy and really good! I added a little extra spices but I think it would have been great without! I didn't have beer so I used a small can of chicken broth. I only had frozen chicken and it worked fine! I will definitely make this again!

Weeknight Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
I thought this was great! I used raspberry jam and dijon mustard because that is what I had, but I think the original recipe would have been just as good! I browned the pork on the stove first, then put it in a glass baking dish and put some sauce on each piece then baked it in the oven. It really turned out great. It was very tender and juicy and was very good leftovers as well. I ate it with a spinach salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, and sliced almonds and used the remaining sauce as dressing. Very good!

Raw Veggie Picnic Salad

Reviewed: May 13, 2011
This recipe is great! You cannot go wrong with making it! It is simple and tastes delicious. Some reviewers suggested to steam the veggies first but I feel that defeats the purpose of it being "raw." The point of eating raw veggies compared to cooked is that there is greater nutritional value when eating raw. It tastes wonderful without steaming the broccoli and peas so why bother adding that extra step? This is my favorite salad to make and it is really easy! Everyone always seems to love it. Thanks for sharing!
