Oh, my GOSH! I've never made anything like this before and I absolutely was FLOORED by the wonderfully unique flavor! This is something I could not WAIT to serve to guests! I made it along with the Naan recipe and it tasted better than any restaurant I could have gotten it at. We LOVE this dinner! Thank you SO much for sharing!

Naan

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
This is a FANTASTIC and EASY to make recipe that EVERYONE loved!! It was my first ever time in making Naan, and I can't wait to make it again!! The kids just went nuts over it, and I agree that even if there were nothing to go with it, it would have sufficed in and of itself as an entire meal!!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
This is the most outstanding oatmeal raisin cookie I have ever made (and boy have I made plenty!) I totally agree that the soaking of the raisin in the egg made this one stand SO far apart from any other recipe, that I don't think I'll look ever again for the perfect cookie recipe! Every one gobbled these down in no time and asked for more! Thank you so much for posting this terrific cookie recipe!!!

Hot German Potato Salad III

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
I wasn't expecting to like this. I grew up in a german household and never really cared for hot "kartoffel salat". I decided to give this a try due to such high ratings. WOW! It was UNBELIEVEABLY good! FAR better than what my mom used to make. I think the difference is in the flour used in the recipe. Also, the addition of bacon made it really outstanding. In fact, I didn't care about any other part of dinner than this! Even my children loved it. Thank you so much, this is a FANTASTIC recipe I will be using over and over again!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2007
My husband used to speak of SOS, so I was happy to find the recipe. I was skeptical at first because it seemed TOO simple. WOW! We loved it! It was delicious in it's simplicity!! We put it on the traditional toast, and EVERYONE loved it! I added a touch more of seasoned salt for our tastes, and it was great! It is a perfect "what should I make with groundbeef?" meal!! Thank you so much for sharing!

Sukhothai Pad Thai

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2006
Wow! This was one of my first attempts at Asian cooking. I was looking to make something a little different for dinner. I was also VERY scared of serving my husband and three kids between 7 - 12 TOFU and bean sprouts. I cannot tell you how much we ENJOYED this DELICIOUS entree!! Wow! The TOFU was awesome b/c it took the other flavors into it. My only problem was that I bought too large a package of rice noodles. Make sure you stick with the 12 oz. size. Oh, and I did double the sauce as per the recommendations of others. If you're not sure b/c you aren't familiar with Asian foods...please try this recipe first! You won't be dissapointed! There was absolutely NONE left when we were finished!! Thank you SO MUCH for providing this recipe! Now I have a new culinary direction to get into!! Superb!

Glazed Corned Beef

Reviewed: May 19, 2004
This recipe was SO FANTASTIC! I was leary of baking a corned beef! I had never made one before, and only ever had heard of them boiled. In fact, I never really did like corned beef. But, I bought the meat to try something different. When my husband heard that I was making a corned beef for dinner he told me how he couldn't stand corned beef and disliked anything boiled. I found this recipe, and tried it - not only was it so EASY to make, it was the hit dinner of the year! No kidding! Even my finicky 5 y.o. gobbled it up! My husband, needless to say, ATE his WORDS! He could not believe how much he enjoyed it! The glaze adds such a good flavor to the meat! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this recipe, Melody! It was the best! (and made me seem like a gourmet chef!) :-)

Navy Bean Soup I

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2002
This recipe is "SOUPER" FANTASTIC! Wow - it was so much better than anticipated! I added one can of tomato soup with the second addition of water. I used fewer diced tomatoes because of this (don't like tomato chunks too much)! Wow, the flavour was really awesome! I also used just a basic chicken stock all the way, instead of plain water. Even the kids loved this one! Best recipe I've found yet!!!! Thanks!!! :-)))

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2002
These were the most AWESOME tasting peanut butter cookies I've ever had. I like the chewy-er style, verses the usual dry crumbly cookie. The flavour was REALLY OUTSTANDING! Very easy to make, my 6, 5, and 3 year old made them with a little help from me! They were gone by that evening. They did kind of fall apart, and maybe a touch more flour would've helped, but I kinda liked them that way ;-) Thanks for this EXCELLENT recipe!
