Fruit Dip
I made this exactly as called for and it was okay. I'm not a huge cream cheese person, but this dip was pretty good. You should definitely refrigerate overnight because it is thicker and fluffier the next day. My husband and I both agreed that it wasn't as sweet as we'd prefer, but I got a few comments from the baby shower I brought it to that it was their favorite thing there. I served it with strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and cantaloupe, but I like it best with pineapples and strawberries. I guess I'm just not as crazy about it because I had a pudding, pineapple, and cool whip dip once that was absolutely delicious and I'll be trying that one next.

Apple Crisp II
Love this apple crisp recipe! Have made it twice now and it was a hit both times. I use 6 green golden delicious apples and the flavor is wonderful. I will probably experiment with different flavored apples in the future.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
Easy, delicious, and tender pork chops that I will definitely be making again. I defrosted two boneless pork chops, then added them to my crock pot and pored over the sauce. As other users suggested, I used only 1/4 cup soy sauce and skipped the salt and pepper. After about five hours on low they were perfect. The sauce was very runny so I transferred it to a small pot on the stove and thickened it using cornstarch. I served the pork over white rice and the sauce was just great. Since I only had two pork chops, there was some leftover sauce that I am planning to have with some leftover Thanksgiving turkey and white rice.
