Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing
I used 3/4 cup chopped celery and 3/4 cup chopped green peppers. I only used 1 tbsp of sage. I believe 2 tbsp would have been too much. I had to add about 12 more ounces of chicken stock to keep it from being too dry. Overall, the original was a good start to make it how you want it.

Sweet Potato Souffle II
This is delicious! I used 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes and it was still really sweet. Omitted the coconut, because I am not a big fan of it. I used light brown sugar and self-rising flour. Was still really great! I used some organic coconut oil in place of the margarine for health benefits. I am saving this recipe in my recipe box. Thanks!
