I loved this recipe! I added 4 ladles full of the water that I boiled the ribs in, into the rib pan before I put the jack daniels bbq sauce on. (Just to keep them from getting dry) Every so often I would uncover the ribs & spoon the saucy juice on top of the ribs. They were even better the next day whn I cut them up into small pieces & simmered them in more BBQ sause & 1/2 cup left over water (that was stored in the fridge). Juicy BBQ Pork Sandwiches!
