Best Marinara Sauce Yet
This has become the staple marinara/spaghetti sauce in our household. Use canned or fresh tomatoes - either work. We make it with fresh in the summer - and canned in the winter. We leave out the white wine and the extra salt as there is plenty of sodium in the canned tomatoes. Freezes well so you can always have some on hand! :)

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
I don't typically comment on recipes, though I get quite a few from this site on a regular basis. This is an incredibly easy and wicked good recipe! My rendition was probably a little higher fat because I used what I had on hand, however, I can imagine it would taste just as good with the low fat options. The things I changed a bit: I used a whole cut up chicken instead of breasts (I think the bones help add flavor to the stock), skipped the whole peeled tomatoes and substitued a can of Rotel instead, and I used frozen corn in place of canned (I am not a fan of squishy corn). Otherwise I stuck to the recipe - EXCELLENT JOB AUNTTAF - it was a HOME RUN with the family! This one is a keeper and going into the weekly rotation! :)

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
I don't typically write reviews on recipes whether I like them or not. This one however, is a masterpiece. My husband and picky children want me to make this every night of the week. I made it exactly as the recipe called with some crusty bread on the side. AMAZING! You won't be disappointed.
