Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
I love this recipe, it is really warming on a cold night and I love semi-homemade recipes. I used a rotisserie chicken already cooked from the grocery store and just broke up the meat I wanted, white and dark meat. I saved the rest, bones and all, to make another soup or stock.
