I started with 1/2 of the recipe being spread into a pan, I thought squeezing them into shapes would be more difficult. I was wrong. These were 100% easier. I put the finished marshmallows into a gallon sized plastic sandwich bag, cut the tip off of a corner, and squeezed away. Topped with some colored sugar.
