Terrific Turkey Chili
Per the prior reviews, I added beans (garbanzo, black, and kidney) to the recipe and it turned out incredibly hearty and delicious. It was my first attempt at chili and the outcome made it seem as though I've made it for years and years. Guests loved it and asked to take it home. The chili tastes even better the following day when the flavors marinate through the meat and veggies.

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey
This one works! I never imagined slow-cooked turkey would turn out well but it was very juicy and flavorful. Recipe was a lifesaver as I was working all day before running home to serve dinner. Guests loved it! Since I didn't find bone-in turkey breast, I ended up throwing in boneless turkey breast along with drumsticks. Before serving, I did take some of the sauce and mixed with cornstarch to thicken and serve as gravy.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
If I were to make these again, I would decrease the amount of cream cheese and add more chopped mushroom to the mix. Perhaps even add some breadcrumbs into it as well. It tasted too heavy for me as an appetizer. My guests did not gobble all of them up as I had hoped.
