A good recipe, although I have to admit that I changed it quite a bit. First, I used only 2 chicken breasts because that's what I had on hand. I also used a light plain yogurt, because it's a bit healthier than the sour cram. Then I added some spices, oregano, basil, parsley, and black pepper. Vegetables make this dish healthier and SO much tastier: a bag of frozen veggies, and some gently cooked onions and celery make for a good texture and flavor. Lastly, I just used regular breadcrumbs that I made myself. The basic recipe is a clear slate for you to adjust!
