Baked Apricot Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2011
Love it!! This is the best "go to" chicken recipe ever! So quick, simple and delicious! I have two small children who don't allow me much prep time so this gets a home cooked meal on the table that my three year old will eat and husband loves!! I serve it with bob evans mashed potatoes and frozen brussels that are micro wave ready. Dinner in a snap and yummy too!!

Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
awesome!! i actually already had the beets boiling and wanted to try to use the greens as i've never cooked them before. can't believe i've been throwing them out all these years!! i thought the red wine vinegar was weird but now i think that was the best part!!! ate the greens alone and they were phenomenal!!! reminded me of something between swiss chard and polish cooked cabbage (because of the onions and vinegar). rock solid!!! wish i could just buy the beet greens by themselves now!! :)

Magnificent Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: May 27, 2012
Awesome!!! Increased salt n rice vinegar n reduced mustard by half...just to suit my tastes. So glad I didn't start adding extras!! Thought it would b one dimensional n need some additives but it is literally perfect, simple n tasty!! Thnk u!!

Aaron's Missouri Burger

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2011
I was not a fan. First like other reviews the burger just fell apart once cooked. I halved the pepper flakes n kept the rest the same. For me it was a too sweet, spicy mess. In its defense, my husband liked it but was equally frustrated that it crumbled apart.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
i LOVE deserts of all kinds but this was SO sweet it was crazy! i followed the recipe to the letter and was very disappointed. WAY too much sugar inside and on top (i did reduce the sugar on top by 1/4 n it was still too sweet!) IF this recipe can be salvaged i would half ALL the sugars (at least), half the butter and nix the honey altogether. Perhaps my oven is a bit hotter? cause the edges browned at 20 mins but the middle was gooey. i covered with foil for an additional 20 mins but because of the POOL of BUTTER on top, the top remained gooey throughout. :( such a disappoinment
