I have never made Fudge/Caramel before but because I had a lot of sugar/lemon juice in a pan, for something else I wasn't going to make anymore, I was thinking what else I could do. Found this recipe and started. While working on it I had to add more of one and another because I didn't really used measurements. I placed a cup of water with ice cubes in the freezer to have real cold water for the 'hard ball' test since I don't have a sugar thermometer. It worked awesome .. I had that 'hard ball' and poured it in a baking pan .. Now .. I'm cutting my first ever homemade Fudge jippiiie ;) I added lemon juice and cinnamon in the beginning. It tastes awesome.
