Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Horrible! I'm sorry to say but there must be something wrong with the ingredients. I should've read more then 4 reviews. And... DON'T try large spoon full cuz they'll become huge, not bake in time, the chips won't be visible let alone taste them. What a waste of time and all ingredients and electricity. Truthfully ...that picture of those cookies I seriously doubt it. Large dark brown thin hard frisbees that are greasy and taste burned even when baking less then 10 min.

Middle Eastern Cumin Meatballs

Amazingly good!! I must admit I tweaked it because my husband would not have liked just the tomato paste flavor ( I did). But I added a little can Tomatoes & Green Chili's and for the tomato paste I used the Roasted Garlic version. I did the whole amount of garlic and a whole teaspoon Cumin! Yummie!! And in the end I added two big spoons of Sour Cream to make it smoother and less tomato. Oh my so good! Next day even better!! Thanks!!

Apple Crisp I

Very, very good!!! Wow! That'll be my pie and crust from now on! Only because I'd forgotten to add vanilla extract to my apples, I came up with idea to add it to melted butter on top! I think this is delicious. Must say I used 2 tbsp butter ;) Crust stays very crisp! LOVE THIS RECIPE!!

I have never made Fudge/Caramel before but because I had a lot of sugar/lemon juice in a pan, for something else I wasn't going to make anymore, I was thinking what else I could do. Found this recipe and started. While working on it I had to add more of one and another because I didn't really used measurements. I placed a cup of water with ice cubes in the freezer to have real cold water for the 'hard ball' test since I don't have a sugar thermometer. It worked awesome .. I had that 'hard ball' and poured it in a baking pan .. Now .. I'm cutting my first ever homemade Fudge jippiiie ;) I added lemon juice and cinnamon in the beginning. It tastes awesome.
