Extreme Chocolate Cake
This recipe was really great! I was looking for a recipe that used cocoa powder so that I didnt have to go to the store before I baked! Out of my laziness I found this gem of a recipe! So good, moist and delicious aspecially because I thought I might have to sacrifice some flavor for not using bakers chocolate, but that was not the case at all! I will say the frosting seemed like it wasnt coming together at first and I added a little milk (maybe a teaspoon) and then just kept mixing it and it was perfect! Might have been fine even without the milk if I would have been more patient! Everyone loved this and it was gone in a day! I will say we cuut the frosting in half because I wasnt filling the cake with it, and it was still too much, but that just meant we had some extra to eat!If you want a cake recipe to keep forever, this is it!

Stuffed Pork Roast with Herb Seasoned Artichoke and Mushroom Stuffing
Im not to into semi homemade! Making your own stuffing instead oif using a mnix is just as easyand you can adjust flavors to your liking. The one thing that is a MUST for me when youre making a stuffed loin is you HAVE to sear the outside before you bake! After its tied just place into a skillet of med-hot oil and turn until a nice browned sear on all sides. Then pop into your pan and into oven!This not only makes the meat ALOT more moist after baking, but keeps the seasoning on the meat instead of having it washed away during cooking, it looks a lot nicer to!

Soft Christmas Cookies
Good recipe! They actually are soft! I did half and half white and powder sugar, and i also used almond extract instead of vanilla, i really love that almondy taste to my sugar cookies! Baked at 350 for about 8 minutes. I might almost roll them even thicker next time, cant imagine it would hurt! they were very soft and good, still soft 3 days later in a airtight tupperware.
