I have made these scones at least 50 times, and everyone I make them for loves them. A few tips: If you like your scones really moist, use three small containers of lemon yogurt. The first time I made these scones, I followed the recipe exactly with 1 cup of lemon yogurt and they were too dry for my taste. Do not use low fat lemon yogurt. Also, I have issues with the bottom of the scones burning quickly while in the oven. Presumably due to the extra yogurt. Now I use non-stick tinfoil on a baking sheet and it works perfectly.
