The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I didn't have much success with this cookie. They had a weird texture and they really stuck to the counter so that when I tried to pick them up they stretched out of shape, despite my having used flour. I won't make them again.

ABC (Absolute Best Chewy) Chocolate Chippers

I thought this was a great cookie. Being basically lazy, I didn't wet my hands, etc., or measure each cookie --just plopped a good amount out on the cookie sheet. Still turned out great!
