Broccoli in Roast Chicken Drippings

So good and so easy when already making roasted chicken. I had to add a little salt to my broccoli.

I made this recipe yesterday for a cookie swap and it was a hit. I used seedless raspberry jam in half and semi sweet chocolate chips in the other batch. Also, I had to bake mine for 30 minutes and they came out flaky and crispy. Excellent recipe.

Sweet Corn Bread

Great recipe. I used it to make a corn casserole. I followed the recipe, but added 1/4 cup more of sugar, 1 can of creamed corn and 1 can of corn nibblets drained and baked it until golden brown. It came out excellent. I'll be making this again next week for Thanks Giving.

Italian Sausage and Zucchini

Thanks for the recipe Michelle. This dish turned out great. I added some Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to this. It's great on a low carb diet. No need for rice.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

These turned out GREAT!!! I trippled the recie and altered it a bit by just adding the whole can of corn and black beans and a whole box of spinach just like one of the suggestions I saw here. (It would have just gone to waste otherwise). I also used cilantro instead of parsley. My husband gave me the 2 thumbs up on this one. Thanks for the recipe!!

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

I was looking for a chili recipe with lots of veggies in it. This was great. I made some alterations though. I added about a pound of ground turkey which I browned with salt and pepper. I omitted the corn, added another can of beans and added a small can of tomato paste for more tomato flavor. Great recipe! Thanks

Bonnie's Fruit Dip

This recipe was GREAT. I make it every time I have company over. It tastes great with homemade tortilla chips. Just sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on flour tortillas and bake for about 7 minutes. A great appetizer or dessert.
