Brown Sugar-Rum Pound Cakes

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2004
Great Recipe! Well, actually I didn't get a piece of it-but every one else liked it and on person said it was: "The best peice of cake I've ever had!" I baked it in a large bundt pan-it took about 60 minutes to cook. I'll be making this again and hopefully I'll get to try it! ;)

Fluff Dip for Fruit

Reviewed: May 31, 2004
Good Stuff! Easy to make and out of stuff you can have on hand-good for last minute invites. Put the fruit out with skewers so people could dip fondue style. YUM!

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2004
YUM! Cooked this with chicken broth, didn't brown the taters first though. Added sour cream at the table-it added a little zing. Would be good cooked with apple juice maybe or with some sauerkraut or apple cider vinegar perhaps. I'll be making this again!

Chocolate Orange Truffles

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2002
Loved this recipe, is really very tasty. I had problem with butter separation also, but not alot and I just scraped it off. I rolled mine in crushed pecans after the chocolate layer. I would reccomend letting the truffle sit in nuts awhile after rolling, alot of mine ended up with finger indents in because I tried to move them out of the nuts so quickly. I used a little ice cream scoop to make the filling balls, but should have shaped them after as some are little funny looking and not overly round. Tasty! and easy for a first time truffle maker. Will try again with Baileys, Frangelico.
