Chocolate Caramel Brownies

These are great brownies. I have been making them for years. I, like a few other reviewers, use german chocolate cake mix. Enjoy!

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

My family devoured this dinner! It was delicious and the leftovers were great too! I had forgotten to buy Italian bread so I used regular white bread and it worked just fine! You really need to try this recipe!

Jambalaya With Shrimp

This was a great recipe. I just made it the other day for Fat Tuesday. My picky husband LOVED it! I made a few adjustments. I thought I had shrimp in my freezer but I didn't so I cooked a large chicken breast and cut it up into small pieces. I also used two leftover italian sausages that I had in my fridge. I used two cloves of garlic and I added a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, just to give it a little more kick. This is a super easy recipe to make and you can pretty much add any type of meat that you have on hand. You can really be creative with this recipe and make it your own! Enjoy!

Chicken Angelo

My family enjoyed this chicken dish. Very easy to make. I used cream of mushroom soup and added a clove of minced garlic to the soup. I didn't use a whole can of soup. Half of the can was plenty.

Death by Chocolate

Wow! What a dessert! I brought this to my nephew's graduation party and everyone loved it! I even got a request to bring it to our families 4th of July party. I read all of the reviews and modified the receipe to my liking. I used brownies instead of german chocolate cake, chocolate syrup instead of coffee, and I needed 3 packages of pudding mix and 1 1/2 containers of Cool Whip. You can definitely use your imagination with this receipe. Substitute any of the ingredients for one of your favorites. Use carmel sauce, strawberries, or a different type of crushed candy bar. Real choc-o-holics may want to even try the chocolate flavored cool whip. I will be making this receipe for years to come!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

My family liked this recipe. I added two cloves of chopped garlic to the salsa/soup layer. We put the leftover casserole into soft taco shells the next night and we liked this dish better with the taco shells. If I make this again, I will substitute the white rice with spanish rice. What I really like about this recipe is that you can modify it a bunch of ways. You could substitute chicken for turkey, you can make this spicier or milder, you can use any cheese you have on hand....very versatile!

Hash Brown Casserole II

This is a delicious side dish and the leftovers taste even better! I did, however, make a couple of small adjustments to this recipe. I made the topping with equal parts of cornflakes and Peperidge Farm stuffing mix (not cubed stuffing). Instead of sauteeing the cornflakes, I put the topping onto the casserole, melted the butter, and poured it over the topping.
