Beef and Mushroom Lasagna

This is by far the best lasagna recipe I've found. I added a cup of cottage cheese to the meat sauce, an extra layer of noodles on the bottom, and lots of extra cheese on top. YUMMY!

Zucchini Delight

I had to cook it for about 40 minutes, because the zuchinni in the center wasn't becoming tender. Not much flavor. I added butter, garlic salt, and a dash of Lawry's seasoned salt
