I cut this to 2 and 1/4 cups flour, 2 tsp sugar, and put the yeast into the warm water while I mixed the other dry ingredients and then add the yeast water and olive oil to the flour mixture and mixed with a dough hook for 5 mins. Initially this is very wet and sticky, but with kneading, comes together beautifully. Let it set and rise 30 mins while preparing toppings. I bake it at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins--watching the cheese to make sure it doesn't brown. Makes 2 med size pizzas. Has turned out great every time--we stopped ordering take out pizzas!
