To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These have a good taste, but they are much more like cake than muffins. Also, the recipe makes WAY too much of the crumble topping.

Pumpkin Pancakes

These are great. I used 1 cup AP flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour. I also omitted the vinegar and used buttermilk instead of milk, and replaced the allspice with nutmeg. Awesome, thank you :)

This is the exact recipe for "Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Cake" from the back of the Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa can. I've been making it for years. It really is the best chocolate cake ever. Frost it with the "Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting" recipe also on the back of the same cocoa can.

I didn't like the texture of this cheesecake. Maybe I did something wrong. It also had 4 giant cracks in the top. How do you prevent that from happening?

Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

These are SO GOOD and SO MOIST and SO CHOCOLATEY! Instead of one pound of chopped chocolate, I just melted a 12 oz. bag of semi sweet chocolate chips in the microwave, and it worked fine. I can't imagine a more chocolatey cookie. Delicious! ***I'm editing my review because although these were great the day I made them, they were not very good the day after.***

Sweet Potato Casserole II

I make this every Thanksgiving and every Christmas, it is so good! My son is allergic to nuts so instead of the pecan topping I just put marshmallows on top.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

These are so good! The only thing I did differently was to brown the pork chops a little before putting them in the crock pot. Definately will make these again and again!

Caramel Brownies II

I followed this recipe exactly but just was not impressed with the result. They were so gooey that they were almost impossible to get out of the pan, and I did grease the pan and let them cool completely. I'm not sure if they were done and I cooked them 5 minutes longer than the recipe said to. They were also just way too sweet. I won't make these again.
