Dill Pickle Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
This bread was very nice. I was, as others have mentioned, a little disappointed in the lack of dill flavour, even though I used two pickles instead of one (my pickles were small). I also used one Kosher Dill & one Zesty Dill. All in all, a very yummy bread that I will try again. I just might take others' suggestions & try some pickle juice with it too!

Basic Rye Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
I'm giving this one a 5 Star rating, even though I didn't actually eat any of this bread! I turned out perfectly in my bread machine & my husband DEVOURED it before anyone else got a chance LOL! I'll definitely be making this one again for him! I would like to point out though, that this recipe and one for "Dark Rye Bread" on this site are exactly the same. I went into the recipe thinking that it would be a "basic" rye bread & turned out darker than I thought it would. However, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it, so no matter! LOL

Herbed Stuffed Green Peppers

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
This was a VERY yummy & relatively quick & easy meal! I DID use ground turkey, but you could really use any ground meat you wanted (beef, pork, chicken). I left out the Rosemary, as I don't like it, and it was still VERY yummy - didn't lose anything at all without the rosemary. I WOULD suggest maybe using 1.5lbs of whatever meat you're going to use, as I found 1lb not QUITE enough! This recipe is definitely a keeper!
