Mashed red skin potato with black truffles and then some!

A pan with EVOO on low.  Add black truffle salt, freshly ground black pepper, granular garlic, some kosher salt for texture and some rosemary.  Heat until just sizzling.  Pour over mashed red skin potatos and devour!

Oh! Your recipe sounds wonderful. I have porcini mushroom salt but I will wait and get black truffle salt and then do this recipe. Thank you!
